Coastal Window Replacement

There are unique conditions for stucco over wood frame and stucco over concrete block construction. Some conditions of stucco finish on wood frame are covered in the “Jump Frame” section and applications where the stucco is cut back removing a window with brick mould and the new product is installed with a wood block installed over the mounting fin of the new window and the resulting assembly is installed in the opening and sealed to the remaining stucco finish.

Their 4200 Maxi Argon gas filled and 5400 Maxi Krypton gas filled have a fully welded main-frame, fully welded sashes, advanced weather-stripping, warm edge Super Spacer, aluminum reinforcement, triple glazed glass, 2 panes of Soft Coat Low E titanium coated glass and double action locking system and FOAM. The primary benefit of foam is to prohibit conductive heat transfer losses within the frame and sash profiles. Polyurethane foam, the same type that insulates your refrigerator, keeps your cooler cool and your Thermos hot is now keeping your windows insulated which means higher energy savings and an increase in efficiency due to its FOAM core. Their windows can be installed as Replacement Windows and in New Construction.

The primary consideration is structural integrity of the window or door, to keep it intact and prevent the pressure of high velocity wind from entering the building and causing catastrophic structural damage.
