That company was a wholly owned subsidiary of an Italian stone company named Tecnomaiera SpA of Turin, Italy. Tecnomaiera was the first inventor and developer of the revolutionary technological process referred to in these documents as “thin reinforced stone” and this product was brought to market in 1990.
