About RJ Woodworking

rjwoodworking.com
RJW began in 1977 when Robert Jr. started the company in a small garage with just $100 and a box of tools. Two years later, he single‑handedly built the company’s first facility in 458 straight days. By 1992, RJW embraced innovation with its first CNC machine, followed in 2000 by a thermoformer that launched a new product line and earned Entrepreneur of the Year recognition. The business expanded into seating components in 2002 and shifted into contract manufacturing by 2008. In 2015, RJW proudly celebrated employees with over 20 years of service, and in 2019 the second generation stepped in as Paul Carter became COO, continuing the company’s legacy of craftsmanship, innovation, and dedication.
