Maximizing the Space Was Something We Could Only Have Done With a NanaWall System. We needed something to open up the space, to be used as an all-hands space for the entire company. The overall goal was to make it feel open and inviting, fresh and contemporary.

NanaWall allowed us to have the open corner, and that was critical to the design. Other systems would have required a post. Also the system didn’t have a floor track: Everything is top hung, with a small puck at floor level to lock it in place. Acoustics were also very important, so we used an laminated glass to provide privacy. The whole system is pre-gasketed, so it performs well acoustically.

Our client sought a way to maintain maximum transparency without compromising sound isolation, and NanaWall solved that problem years ago with their robust line of acoustically rated products.

We selected cero® for its clean lines and simple, minimal frame around the glass, and because of the center-opening option with no need for a closet or pocket for the doors to nest. We wanted the ‘center fold’ because we didn’t have a lot of room on either side to stack walls. Knowing that we needed to provide a space that would function every day of the week for different groups drove the design.
