The current standard for floating shelves and other floating solutions is designed with a 2-prong system. This design causes major weaknesses within the floating solution. The average load capacity is 50lbs. The Hovr Bracket System uses a male and female bracket that interlock and screw together to form unparalleled strength. We use both aluminium extrusion and steel bend depending on what is required. The average load capacity is 300lbs.

The Hovr Bracket is made from high grade aluminum, is completely uniform, and can be used at a 3:2 ratio of wood to bracket. This provides efficiency and cost effectiveness as the bracket can be cut to any size required, only 1 bracket length needs to be stocked for all shelf lengths, and extra efficiency is gained through the smaller ratio of bracket required per shelf.
