Cathedral Stone Products began its journey over 30 years ago when founder Dennis Rude, a master stone mason working in and around Washington, D.C., encountered repeated failures in conventional restoration mortars. Determined to find a better solution, he traveled to Europe, where he discovered JAHN Restoration Mortars, originally developed in Holland by Mr. Heinz Jahn.
