Canplas has Smoke Development PVC Horizontal Twin Tee which Installed in an 3" PVC Gray FR-Pro DWV piping system to provide installation of a water closet to the pipe, has an adjustable flange ring provided to ensure that the water closet bolts line up with the closet flange.
