ARCO was founded in 1989. by Ervin Cripps Mr. Cripps had a vision of a place where his whole family could work. His boys were a large part of the installations in the beginning. His wife Nancy was the office manager. Ervin recently was selected for the lifetime achievement award in 2017 of his home town Gentry Arkansas. Ervin passed away at the early age of just 58 years old in a buggy accident. He is still missed by many. Ervin's vision of a family business has continued with Gary Cripps (his son) and Jake Cripps (His Grandson).
