Warranty

Frames and sashes entirely made of PVC are guaranteed against cracking, flaking, distortion and discoloration that most affects the appearance of the product. However, discoloration of surfaces caused by an irregular variable exposure to the sun or any other natural element is not considered a defect. This kind of discoloration is not covered by this warranty. It is normal to see a gradual change of the luster of the product over the years. Martin reserves the right to refuse to paint the PVC parts in any dark colour that may cause a risk to the product. The warranty covers only the PVC parts painted by Martin.
