Fiberesin Industries is an American manufacturer of beautiful building façade materials and systems for the construction industry. Fiberesin also produces phenolic and thermofused materials for high use, high abuse applications where simple solutions will not endure. We machine products and parts from our materials for customers in the construction, furniture, restaurant and hospitality markets.

Fabrication

Materials Fiberesin is both a materials company and an expert just in time manufacturer with extensive fabrication capabilities. Sophisticated Equipment We have high speed CNC curvilinear routers and edge banders which allow us to make your complete product, or seamlessly fit into your production plan. Large Volume -- Small Batches We are capable of high-volume production but are also able to cost effectively produce in small batches for "Just in Time" LEAN manufacturing. Quality Assured We'll work with you to establish testing criteria that will ensure your customers are impressed with every order.

Green Production

Fiberesin is regularly researching cost effective new green materials and production methods. Our goal is to enable you and your customer to offer more environmentally responsible products. Today our products comply with the following environmental standards: FSC® (FSC-C115183) Certified, LEED Eligible Fiberesin received their FSC, Forest Stewardship Council®, certificate on March 14, 2013. FSC certification provides assurance that forests are being managed to the highest environmental and social standards. FSC certification provides third-party assurance that all wood fibers are from responsible sources. Green building standards, including the US Green Building Council's LEED program, provide incentives for using FSC-certified materials. Increasingly, customers are requesting FSC-certified products for their green building initiatives.

Materials

Our engineers and technicians can work with you to select or even create a material which will deliver the aesthetic and performance characteristics you require. In additional to colors, patterns and aesthetics, we can help with special performance requirements such as; moisture transfer, radio transparency, impact resistance, germ resistance, force limits, and electrical certifications.
