CarbonCast® Enclosure Systems

integrate ultra-strong, non-corrosive C-GRID® carbon fiber grid into the wall panels during fabrication. By taking the place of conventional Wythe connectors or steel reinforcement, C-GRID makes factory-made precast concrete an even more intelligent building envelope choice.

Carbon Cast Insulated Architectural Cladding

inner and outer Wythe's of concrete connected by C-GRID carbon fiber grid trusses. The concrete Wythe's sandwich a layer of insulation of usually 2" (51mm) or more depending on R-value demands. The thicker you specify the insulation layer, the higher the R-value can be.

GRAPHIC CONCRETE

The technology transfers custom or stock patterns as a surface retarder via membrane placed at the bottom of the precast form. Concrete is cast atop the membrane. After the concrete is cured and extracted from the form, the retarder is washed away revealing an image contrasting the fair-faced and the exposed-aggregate surface.
