                                  We strive to provide an environment in which our employees can flourish while focusing on our entire supply chain to identify areas of improvement. We recently obtained the JUST label and are setting new benchmarks to improve specific initiatives each year. 3form has also invested heavily in employee wellness by adding a full-scale on-site gym, health clinic, and various resources to help our employees have access to services that help them live healthier lives.
                                  We have invested time and effort into many products over the years using these third-party guidelines. This has propelled us to our most recent development of Flek, a material made of 80% of waste created during our production process and samples returned via our take-back program. Additionally, instead of throwing out products that are cosmetically blemished via the manufacturing process, we sell them at a deeply discounted price, keeping them out of the landfills.
